BlogHer Joins MommyTech as Media Partner at #CES2011

BlogHer, Inc. Partners with MommyTech Summit
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, December 6, 2010 — MommyTech Summit, a 2011 CES partner event that looks at the relationship between women and technology, today announced its partnership with BlogHer, Inc., the leading participatory news, entertainment and information network for women online.
As part of the partnership, BlogHer co-founder and COO Elisa Camahort Page and Ilana Westerman, Principal at Create with Context, Inc., will present the results of "Women, The Web and Their Wallets," a joint research study that looks at how moms purchase technology, and how technology drives purchasing.
Additionally, Camahort Page will join top bloggers and journalists from the women-tech community, including Suzanne Kantra, Andrea Smith, Beth Blecherman and others, as guest moderators at FashionWare, the first ever runway show that will unveil the next generation of wearable technology. Diana Eng, author of Fashion Nerd and former Project Runway contestant, will curate the show which will include the latest designs in cutting edge fashion.

MommyTech Summit, one of six one-day conferences produced by Living in Digital Times to analyze how technology affects consumers from children and college students to parents and senior citizens, will bring together experts to discuss the important role moms play when it comes to technology in raising families, managing households and maintain careers.
